  1. Customers must have registered and activated their account with HSBC Advance Members to be able to redeem this offer.
  2. The offer is valid until 31st August 2020.
  3. HSBC UK Bank plc (“HSBC”) reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the offer (or any part of it) without notice if required by law or due to reasons beyond HSBC’s reasonable control. HSBC also reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the offer for a specific reason where it’s reasonable or valid to do so.
  4. This offer entitles the customer to a special room rate which is inclusive of full breakfast vat and complimentary use of Wi-Fi plus no upfront payment. Cancellation: Rate can be cancelled up to 4pm day prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled after that point will be charged for the first night of the booking. Please note that standard rates may appear at a lower cost to the special rate but will include room only.
  5. The ‘MLP’ special rate will appear at the top of selected room rates. The room type the ‘MLP’ special rate applies to, will vary dependent on venue and dates.
  6. This offer is subject to availability and you must book in advance.
  7. This offer is only applicable for new bookings.
  8. Bookings must be made and taken by 30th June 2020.

  10. The offer cannot be negotiated, transferred or exchanged and no cash alternative or part-cash alternative will be offered.
  11. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
  12. The offer does not include any additional accommodation, food, beverage, transport costs, spending money and/or other additional costs and the relevant customer will need to pay for these. Customers will also be responsible for any tax liabilities.
  13. The use of the offer and any associated goods and/or services are subject to the terms and conditions of the Issuer and the Promoter and MLP shall not be responsible for such terms or any customer’s compliance with them.

HSBC and MLP and each of their group companies and contractors will not be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this offer, the supply of any goods and/or services carried out by third parties in conjunction with this offer or as a result of a customer redeeming the offer including without limitation in relation to:
    • any lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or incorrect entries;
    • any errors, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, line failure, theft or destruction of entries;
    • the use or enjoyment of any offer and associated goods or services; or
    • if the offer does not run as planned.
    This clause does not seek to exclude the liability of HSBC and/or MLP and each of their group companies and contractors for (a) death or personal injury caused by HSBC and/or MLP and each of their group companies and contractors negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for HSBC and/or MLP and each of their group companies and contractors to exclude or attempt to exclude their liability. Customers’ statutory rights are not affected.
  16. The laws of England & Wales apply to this agreement and a customer can bring legal proceedings in respect of this agreement in the courts of England & Wales. If the customer lives in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Scottish or the English & Welsh courts. If proceedings are brought in the Scottish courts, the laws of Scotland apply to this agreement and not the laws of England & Wales.
  17. Any personal information customer who redeem the offer provide will be processed by or on behalf of the Promotor and used to facilitate the redemption of the offer if/when necessary. Personal data may be stored and processed in the United Kingdom or overseas (which includes outside of the European Economic Area), by the Promoter or other parties on the Promoter’s behalf for the purpose of administering this competition.   20. These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
