You’ll see some changes to the offers available on Advance Members during these uncertain times. Offers that are not in line with Government guidance at this time to stay at home will be suspended indefinitely. We are working to provide you with alternative offers in the short term and reintroduce offers when businesses are able to reopen their doors to the public.   1. Customers must have registered and activated their account with HSBC Advance Members to be able to redeem this offer.
  2. The offer is valid until 30th April 2020.
  3. HSBC UK Bank plc (“HSBC”) reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the offer (or any part of it) without notice if required by law or due to reasons beyond HSBC’s reasonable control. HSBC also reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the offer for a specific reason where it’s reasonable or valid to do so.
  4. The offer entitles the customer to a free five day pass at DW Fitness First.
  5. The offer starts immediately from redemption.
  6. During the trial, use of the beauty rooms and crèche include an additional charge. View your local club’s facilities here. Guests are unable to use the sunbeds.
  7. By redeeming the offer you agree to abide by the conditions contained within the Health Pledge.
  8. Offer is strictly for over 16 and over; if you are 16-17 you will need to bring a parent or guardian to use the pass with.
  9. The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time by each venue’s General Manager.
  10. Classes vary from venue to venue and are subject to availability.
  11. The offer can only be redeemed once per user.
  12. The Pass redeemed from the offer is valid on consecutive days only.
  13. Photo ID is required for proof of identity.
  14. The offer cannot be negotiated, transferred or exchanged and no cash alternative or part-cash alternative will be offered.
  15. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
  16. The offer does not include any additional accommodation, food, beverage, transport costs, spending money and/or other additional costs and the relevant customer will need to pay for these. Customers will also be responsible for any tax liabilities.
  17. The use of the offer and any associated goods and/or services are subject to the terms and conditions of the Issuer and the Promoter and MLP shall not be responsible for such terms or any customer’s compliance with them.
  18. Full terms and conditions for DW Fitness First apply and are available on request at each location.
  19. HSBC and MLP and each of their group companies and contractors will not be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this offer, the supply of any goods and/or services carried out by third parties in conjunction with this offer or as a result of a customer redeeming the offer including without limitation in relation to:
    • any lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or incorrect entries;
    • any errors, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, line failure, theft or destruction of entries;
    • the use or enjoyment of any offer and associated goods or services; or
    • if the offer does not run as planned.
    This clause does not seek to exclude the liability of HSBC and/or MLP and each of their group companies and contractors for (a) death or personal injury caused by HSBC and/or MLP and each of their group companies and contractors negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for HSBC and/or MLP and each of their group companies and contractors to exclude or attempt to exclude their liability. Customers’ statutory rights are not affected.
  20. The laws of England & Wales apply to this agreement and a customer can bring legal proceedings in respect of this agreement in the courts of England & Wales. If the customer lives in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Scottish or the English & Welsh courts. If proceedings are brought in the Scottish courts, the laws of Scotland apply to this agreement and not the laws of England & Wales.
  21. Any personal information customer who redeem the offer provide will be processed by or on behalf of the Promotor and used to facilitate the redemption of the offer if/when necessary. Personal data may be stored and processed in the United Kingdom or overseas (which includes outside of the European Economic Area), by the Promoter or other parties on the Promoter’s behalf for the purpose of administering this competition.   24. These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
